## Products

### [Turn your pet's photo into a keychain](https://www.pockella.com/products/custom-3d-keychain)

- From $39
- Upload one photo and we'll sculpt your pet in full color, 3D-print it, and mount it on real leather. 4 cm (≈1.6 in) — 5 cm (≈2 in) with the leather strap. Made to order — no one else has the same one.
- Industrial ColorJet printing builds a raised sandstone-composite portrait, then a polymer seal locks in the color.
- Stitched leather wraps the portrait badge, protects its edge, and stands up to everyday handling.

### [Turn a photo into a chibi figure](https://www.pockella.com/products/chibi-figure)

- From $34
- Upload a photo and we'll sculpt them at palm size — the haircut, the glasses, the exact expression — then print it in full color. From 4 cm (≈1.6 in), made to order, so no two are alike.
- Printed in full color, checked by hand, then shipped to your door with tracking.

## Ordering & payment

- Designing is free. Chibi figures from $34, pet keychains from $39. Price goes up with size. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Every piece is printed after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer.
- Can I change or cancel my order? Write to us within 24 hours and we will change or cancel it. After that it is usually already being printed.

## Shipping & delivery

- Made to order and ships in 7–10 days, with tracking.
- We ship internationally, with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

## Remakes & refunds

- If it does not look like them, we print it again or refund you in full.
- It arrived damaged. What now? Send us a photo of the damage and we print a replacement straight away. There is nothing to send back.
- Can I return a piece I simply changed my mind about? Every piece is made to order from your own photo, so it cannot be resold and is not returnable for a change of mind. If it does not look like them, that is a remake and it is on us.
